19TH ANNUAL
RIVER CLEANUP
SATURDAY, MAY 9TH
Protect Our Rivers is rallying the community for the 19th Annual South Platte River Cleanup - a day where hundreds of people come together to protect and celebrate the river that flows through the heart of Denver. Each year more partners and people join us and we make a bigger impact.
Join us for an awesome day of river stewardship followed by an after-party with free beer, food, and big prize giveaways!
RSVP and additional details are below. Can't wait!
RSVP
We have several cleanup sites to choose from! You can choose to paddle, wade or walk. All of the cleanups will end around the same time and waders are encouraged!
Once we wrap up we will all head to the after party for a free celebratory beer and big prize giveaways!

On-Water
Cleanup
Bring your boat, kayak, canoe, or pack raft or hop in a friend's boat for an on-water cleanup.

On-Land
Fishback Park
Join us at Fishback Park to cleanup one of the most heavily trafficked stretches and also help our on-water participants unload their trash!

On-Land
Overland Pond Park
This area needs more love than most parks on the South Platte River! Anglers All is lending waders so we can give this stretch the love it needs!

On-Land
Frog Hollow Park
This park is a great midway point between the other two spots and is trashed. Be prepared for a huge trash haul!
